To cover these we may do dressing up, games, exploring what we look like in mirriors. In this aspect it is also important to encourage the children to choose waht they would like out to play with encouraging decission making.

This includes messy play, drawing, sand and water, visiting a specail place or playing with everyday objects such as saucepans, phones, brushes and pots.

This may include choosing what fruit they would like for snack, going on walks, jumping, using scissors and washing our faces.

We also do other activites such as Fun Fit, Dinky Dancers and Heuristic Play which is playing with natural materials and treasure baskets.

The children in our group also have lots of opportunities to access all areas of the nursery.
